Shipping Policy
At PIKANTE, we currently offer shipping only within Colombia. All orders are processed and shipped using our trusted logistics partner, Coordinadora.

Shipping within Barranquilla:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following business day. The shipping cost for deliveries within Barranquilla is $10,000 COP.

Shipping to other cities:
For main cities in Colombia, delivery times are estimated between 2 to 3 business days. For other municipalities and towns, delivery may take more than 3 business days, depending on the location and accessibility. The shipping cost for cities outside Barranquilla is $12,000 COP.

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process and ship your items as soon as possible. You will receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp (if applicable), so you can follow your order every step of the way.
